Audit Committee
Mr. Chytiroglou was born in 1982. He is an Economist, a graduate of the Department of Economics of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Certified Auditor with experience in regular, tax and management audits.
Since 2008, he has worked as a Trainee Certified Auditor Accountant in a number of auditing companies in Greece: Grant Thornton, Kreston Prime Audit, Artia Poria, VNT, KRS Audit, Delta Partners. During his employment with them, he participated in regular financial audits of Companies, tax audits, management audits, audits of Hospitals, Municipalities and Municipal Enterprises as well as other organizations.
Since 2021 he holds the status of Certified Auditor Accountant, belonging to the staff of the auditing company FRS PROTYPOS ELEGTIKI. He is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (S.O.E.L.), a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (A.C.C.A.) of the United Kingdom and a Member of the Economic Chamber of Greece. Among the companies he has audited are listed on the Athens Stock Exchange (ATH).
From 2022 he is the chairman of the Audit Committee of BLUE KEDROS REIC.
Mr Arar was born in 1965. He studied Economics at the Sorbonne University and holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science and International Relations from the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Institutd' Etudes Politiques, Paris), holds a PhD in economics with a specialization in econometrics from the Sorbonne University (Paris I) as well as a PhD in Philology-Literature (Lettres) from the Sorbonne University Paris IV).
From 2010 to 2015, he served as Board Member of Nicon - Informatics and Telecommunications S.A. while from 2004 to 2014 he participated as shareholder in the construction company (joint venture) GAP & P. During 2008-2009 he was Advisor to the Managing Director of “Invest” in Greece, aiming at promoting foreign investment in Greece. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of HYGEIA Group in 2008. During 2006-2008 he served as Financial Advisor to the Minister of Culture and from 1999 to 2006, as Management Advisor to ALTEC Group. He participated as a consultant in the investment committees of Venture Capital, leasing and factoring companies. Between 1998 and 1999, he also acted as Portfolio Manager of UBP Union Bancaire Privée in Switzerland, and from 1996 to 1998 he worked at Piraeus Bank in the Treasury Management Division. He held the same position in the Benroubi Group from 1992 until his retirement.
Maria-Konstantina (Mariandina) Lili-Kokkori, born in 1992, is an Attorney-at-Law before the Court of Appeal and a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2020. She specializes in Energy Law, Environmental Law, as well as International and European Law. She holds an LL.B. and an LL.M. in Public International Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and an LL.M. in Energy and Climate Law from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands.
She is currently an associate at Koutalidis Law Firm and an external legal counsel to DTK – Karatsolis – Tsianti Law Firm, where she focuses on legal advisory services and due diligence for renewable energy projects, drafting and negotiating energy-related contracts, and conducting legal research on environmental and urban planning issues.
From 2019 to 2023, she served as a National Consultant to the European Commission contributing to the preparation of specialized legal reports. In 2021, she was recognized as an “Energy Key Lawyer” by The Legal 500. She is a regular speaker and author in conferences and publications focused on energy, the environment, and investment-related legal matters.
Remuneration & Nomination Committee
Μr Dimitris Tryphonos was born in 1992. He graduated from the University of Brighton in 2014 finished Environmental Science courses.
Since 2014 to 2017 he worked at Tlife Capital as a partner with extented responsibilities related to the development of the company in general. Since 2017 to the present he has the role of Vice President for the company Winmedica where he worked at the department of the company's sales as well as in the management of a wider business with the ultimate goal of further developing the company‘s turnover.
He is also active in the tourism industry by participating in the sharing structure and management of two hotels in Lesvos and Santorini.
Since September 2022 he is an independent member of the board of BLE KEDROS REIC.
Mr Evmorfidis was born in 1966. He holds a Degree in School of Low from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master in Law Studies from Sorbonne Law School of Paris
Η Μαρία-Κωνσταντίνα (Μαριαντίνα) Λιλή-Κόκκορη, γεννημένη το 1992, είναι Δικηγόρος παρ’ Εφέταις και μέλος του Δικηγορικού Συλλόγου Αθηνών από το 2020. Ειδικεύεται στο Δίκαιο Ενέργειας, το Περιβαλλοντικό Δίκαιο, καθώς και στο Διεθνές και Ευρωπαϊκό Δίκαιο. Είναι κάτοχος πτυχίου Νομικής και μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου (LL.M.) στο Δημόσιο Διεθνές Δίκαιο από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών, καθώς και μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου στο Δίκαιο Ενέργειας και Κλιματικής Αλλαγής από το Πανεπιστήμιο του Groningen στην Ολλανδία.
Σήμερα είναι συνεργάτιδα της δικηγορικής εταιρείας ΚΟΥΤΑΛΙΔΗΣ και εξωτερική συνεργάτης της DTK – Καρατσώλης – Τσιάντη, με αντικείμενο την παροχή νομικών υπηρεσιών, τη διενέργεια νομικών ελέγχων (due diligence) για έργα ΑΠΕ, τη σύνταξη και διαπραγμάτευση ενεργειακών συμβάσεων, καθώς και τη νομική έρευνα σε περιβαλλοντικά και πολεοδομικά ζητήματα.
Κατά την περίοδο 2019–2023 διετέλεσε Εθνική Σύμβουλος στην Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή συμμετέχοντας στη σύνταξη εξειδικευμένων νομικών αναφορών. Το 2021, διακρίθηκε ως “Energy Key Lawyer” από τον διεθνή νομικό οδηγό Legal 500. Είναι τακτική ομιλήτρια και συγγραφέας σε συνέδρια και επιστημονικές εκδόσεις με αντικείμενο την ενέργεια, το περιβάλλον και τις επενδύσεις.
