Audit Committee
Mr. Chytiroglou was born in 1982. He is an Economist, a graduate of the Department of Economics of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Certified Auditor with experience in regular, tax and management audits.
Since 2008, he has worked as a Trainee Certified Auditor Accountant in a number of auditing companies in Greece: Grant Thornton, Kreston Prime Audit, Artia Poria, VNT, KRS Audit, Delta Partners. During his employment with them, he participated in regular financial audits of Companies, tax audits, management audits, audits of Hospitals, Municipalities and Municipal Enterprises as well as other organizations.
Since 2021 he holds the status of Certified Auditor Accountant, belonging to the staff of the auditing company FRS PROTYPOS ELEGTIKI. He is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (S.O.E.L.), a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (A.C.C.A.) of the United Kingdom and a Member of the Economic Chamber of Greece. Among the companies he has audited are listed on the Athens Stock Exchange (ATH).
From 2022 he is the chairman of the Audit Committee of BLUE KEDROS REIC.
Ms. Savvaidou was born in 1972. She is a lawyer specializing in fiscal and tax law, holding a doctoral degree from the Université de Paris II (Panthéon-Assas), as well as postgraduate degrees in public finance and public law, and has also conducted postdoctoral research in corporate taxation. She is additionally a graduate of the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has completed executive education programs at the Harvard Kennedy School.
She has more than three decades of professional experience, combining academic, administrative, and professional activity. She currently holds the position of Associate Professor at the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specializing in fiscal and tax law, and is also a lawyer admitted to practice before the Supreme Court (Areios Pagos) and a partner at a law firm.
Among her positions, she has served as Secretary General for Public Revenue, heading the country's tax and customs administration, as well as Senior Manager at an international audit firm, where she worked on tax services and tax dispute resolution. She has also actively participated in the legislative drafting process and in the design of fiscal policy, and has served as an advisor and expert on public sector reform projects.
She has produced significant scholarly work, with publications and participation in international and national conferences, and has been honored by the Academy of Athens for her contribution to the field of fiscal governance. She has also held Jean Monnet Chairs and participates in scientific and professional committees related to taxation and fiscal policy.
Maria-Konstantina (Mariandina) Lili-Kokkori, born in 1992, is an Attorney-at-Law before the Court of Appeal and a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2020. She specializes in Energy Law, Environmental Law, as well as International and European Law. She holds an LL.B. and an LL.M. in Public International Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and an LL.M. in Energy and Climate Law from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands.
She is currently an associate at Koutalidis Law Firm and an external legal counsel to DTK – Karatsolis – Tsianti Law Firm, where she focuses on legal advisory services and due diligence for renewable energy projects, drafting and negotiating energy-related contracts, and conducting legal research on environmental and urban planning issues.
From 2019 to 2023, she served as a National Consultant to the European Commission contributing to the preparation of specialized legal reports. In 2021, she was recognized as an “Energy Key Lawyer” by The Legal 500. She is a regular speaker and author in conferences and publications focused on energy, the environment, and investment-related legal matters.
Remuneration & Nomination Committee
Μr Dimitris Tryphonos was born in 1992. He graduated from the University of Brighton in 2014 finished Environmental Science courses.
Since 2014 to 2017 he worked at Tlife Capital as a partner with extented responsibilities related to the development of the company in general. Since 2017 to the present he has the role of Vice President for the company Winmedica where he worked at the department of the company's sales as well as in the management of a wider business with the ultimate goal of further developing the company‘s turnover.
He is also active in the tourism industry by participating in the sharing structure and management of two hotels in Lesvos and Santorini.
Since September 2022 he is an independent member of the board of BLE KEDROS REIC.
Mr Evmorfidis was born in 1966. He holds a Degree in School of Low from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master in Law Studies from Sorbonne Law School of Paris
