The sole purpose of Ble Kedros is real estate development as specified in Article 22 of L. 2778/1999 on “Real Estate Mutual Funds - Real Estate Investment Companies and Other Provisions”.

Ble Kedros is licensed and supervised by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (license number 18/779 / 21.03.2017).

The operation of REIC in Greece is governed by the provisions of articles 21-31 of L. 2778/1999 on “Real Estate Mutual Funds - Real Estate Investment Companies and Other Provisions”, as amended and supplemented by article 19 of L. 4141/2013, as well as by the provisions of L. 2190/1920 about Societes Anonymes. The institutional framework of Ble Kedros is supplemented by the stock exchange laws, regulatory provisions of the Capital Market Commission and the Ministry of Economy and Finance, as well as decisions of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission.
