Mr Evmorfidis was born in 1966.  He holds a Degree in School of Low from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master in Law Studies from Sorbonne Law School of Paris

Ms. Savvaidou was born in 1972. She is a lawyer specializing in fiscal and tax law, holding a doctoral degree from the Université de Paris II (Panthéon-Assas), as well as postgraduate degrees in public finance and public law, and has also conducted postdoctoral research in corporate taxation. She is additionally a graduate of the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has completed executive education programs at the Harvard Kennedy School.

She has more than three decades of professional experience, combining academic, administrative, and professional activity. She currently holds the position of Associate Professor at the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specializing in fiscal and tax law, and is also a lawyer admitted to practice before the Supreme Court (Areios Pagos) and a partner at a law firm.

Among her positions, she has served as Secretary General for Public Revenue, heading the country's tax and customs administration, as well as Senior Manager at an international audit firm, where she worked on tax services and tax dispute resolution. She has also actively participated in the legislative drafting process and in the design of fiscal policy, and has served as an advisor and expert on public sector reform projects.

She has produced significant scholarly work, with publications and participation in international and national conferences, and has been honored by the Academy of Athens for her contribution to the field of fiscal governance. She has also held Jean Monnet Chairs and participates in scientific and professional committees related to taxation and fiscal policy.

Ο κ. Χρήστος Ν. Μπομπόλιας γεννήθηκε το 1978. Σπούδασε Μηχανολόγος Μηχανικός στο Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλονίκης και είναι κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου (MSc) Transport Trade & Finance από το Bayes Business School του Πανεπιστημίου City του Λονδίνου.

 Από το 2003 εργάστηκε ως Σύμβουλος Επιχειρήσεων στην Kantor Management Consultants με κύριο αντικείμενο την εκπόνηση τεχνικοοικονομικών μελετών και τη διαχείριση επενδυτικών σχεδίων. Από το 2006 μέχρι το 2012 εργάστηκε στην Ευρωσύμβουλοι ΑΕ σε έργα παροχής υπηρεσιών τεχνικού και χρηματοοικονομικού Συμβούλου προς τον Δημόσιο Τομέα. Συμμετείχε σε ομάδες εργασίας και ήταν υπεύθυνος σε έργα Τεχνικού Συμβούλου, εκπόνησης μελετών ωριμότητας, βιωσιμότητας, στρατηγικού και επιχειρησιακού σχεδιασμού δημόσιων φορέων και οργανισμών. Το 2010 ανέλαβε την θέση υπευθύνου για την ανάπτυξη των εργασιών της θυγατρικής στην Τουρκία, Avrupa İlişkileri Danışmanlık AŞ (Euroconsultants Turkey) κυρίως σε θέματα παροχής υπηρεσιών προς τον ευρύτερο τουρκικό δημόσιο τομέα.

 Το 2012 εντάχθηκε στην COCO-MAT ως Οικονομικός Διευθυντής, θέση που διατήρησε μέχρι το 2014. Ασχολήθηκε με την παρακολούθηση και τον έλεγχο του ετήσιου προϋπολογισμού και των ταμειακών ροών του ομίλου, τον έλεγχο δαπανών και την ετοιμασία χρηματοοικονομικών καταστάσεων και αναφορών για την Διοίκηση της Εταιρείας. Μετά την διάσπαση της ΜΑΧΙ ABEE το 2014 στην οποία είχε ενεργή συμμετοχή, συνέχισε στην COCO-MAT ΑΒΕΕ ως Διευθυντής Λειτουργιών με ευρύ αντικείμενο: Εφαρμογή και παρακολούθηση της ομαλής λειτουργίας όλων των τμημάτων παραγωγής, προμήθειων, logistics, aftersales, HRM, IT (περίπου 120 άτομα), έλεγχος και έγκριση δαπανών κλπ.

 Παράλληλα, από την σύσταση της ΜΠΛΕ ΚΕΔΡΟΣ το 2014 ανέλαβε θέση ευθύνης ενώ από το 2015 μέχρι σήμερα είναι μέλος του ΔΣ αυτής. Κύριο αντικείμενό της ενασχόλησής του είναι η οικονομική παρακολούθηση της Εταιρείας και η περαιτέρω ανάπτυξή της μέσω αποκτήσεων νέων ακινήτων. Παράλληλα, είχε κεντρικό ρόλο στην διαδικασία αδειοδότησής της ως ΑΕΕΑΠ το 2017 και στην διαδικασία εισαγωγής της στο Χρηματιστήριο το 2022.

Από το 2018 απασχολείται παράλληλα στην Spectra Mare Financial Services με αντικείμενο την εκπόνηση χρηματοοικονομικών μελετών.

Evangelia Paliari was born in 1988. She holds a graduate degree from National Technical University of Athens in civil engineering and an Ecosystem Infrastructure Design Certificate from Permaculture Research Institute (PRI), Australia. She has extensive experience in management and administration of technical projects aiming at protecting the environment and saving energy. Since 2016 she is the founder of Eco-Incubator company, which is specializing in the reconstruction of apartment buildings and in the management of tourist accommodation with sustainability and respect for the environment. Finally, in 2015 she represented Greece, at the 15th Annual Conference of the Harvard Business School on "Strategy & Business Environment".

Μr Dimitris Tryphonos was born in 1992. He graduated from the University of Brighton in 2014 finished Environmental Science courses.

Since 2014 to 2017 he worked at Tlife Capital as a partner with extented responsibilities related to the development of the company in general. Since 2017 to the present he has the role of Vice President for the company Winmedica where he worked at the department of the company's sales as well as in the management of a wider business with the ultimate goal of further developing the company‘s turnover.

He is also active in the tourism industry by participating in the sharing structure and management of two hotels in Lesvos and Santorini.

Since September 2022 he is an independent member of the board of BLE KEDROS REIC.

Maria-Konstantina (Mariandina) Lili-Kokkori, born in 1992, is an Attorney-at-Law before the Court of Appeal and a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2020. She specializes in Energy Law, Environmental Law, as well as International and European Law. She holds an LL.B. and an LL.M. in Public International Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and an LL.M. in Energy and Climate Law from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands.

She is currently an associate at Koutalidis Law Firm and an external legal counsel to DTK – Karatsolis – Tsianti Law Firm, where she focuses on legal advisory services and due diligence for renewable energy projects, drafting and negotiating energy-related contracts, and conducting legal research on environmental and urban planning issues.

From 2019 to 2023, she served as a National Consultant to the European Commission contributing to the preparation of specialized legal reports. In 2021, she was recognized as an “Energy Key Lawyer” by The Legal 500. She is a regular speaker and author in conferences and publications focused on energy, the environment, and investment-related legal matters.
